Courses & Eligibility…

 The minimum qualification needed to become a part of the Cabin Crew is graduation or Intermediate. There are different institutes in India that provide diploma courses after 12th class in the Aviation field. Some of the airlines also offer 3 to 6 months of training.

In order to become a Cabin Crew & Flight Steward, you may need to pursue the following mentioned course:

 Eligibility Criteria for cabin crew:

 Airlines recruit the candidates on the basis of the following eligibility criteria:

 

Height: Min. 5.5 - 5.9 feet.

Age Requirement: Below 25 years old.

Weight: In proportion to the Height

Status (Martial): Unmarried

EyeSight: 20/30 vision or better is needed.

Education: Graduate Degree or 12th/equivalent with the 3-year diploma.

Other: No piercings, Tattoos, or wild hairstyles.

Language: National and one international language

 

How to become a Cabin Crew?

 Candidates need to apply in various airlines for diverse posts that are advertised in mass media platforms & national newspapers.

Once the candidates are shortlisted, they are required to appear for the written test.

Successful candidates will be called for the G.D & P.Is.

After GD/PI, if candidates are selected, then the airline gives them training them for 2 - 3 months.

After successful training, candidates are put on trainee flights before assigning the duties.
